The system features a fingertip release mechanism which allows the seat arm to be raised or lowered for consistent comfort when the seat is adjusted or reclined. Arms rotate to infinite comfort positions over a 120-degree radius, accessible from any back position from upright to fully reclined.

A key feature in the system is MEMORY. The Ergo-Flex Leveling Arm System "remembers" the previously selected comfort position even if the arm is folded up for passenger exit.
