We love Flexsteel! When purchasing a new couch for a rental property at the beach, the sales rep at Manteo Furniture suggested Flexsteel – that was 12 years ago. I purchased a Flexsteel sectional with a sofa bed and it has survived babies, kids and a lot of parties. We are moving into our newly finished basement and will replace it with a new Flexsteel sectional. Thanks for putting together such a quality product. We are customers for life!

We purchased a Flexsteel couch in 1951 and it has lived through five children; four being boys. Plus seven dogs, five houses, seven upholsterers and 13 grandchildren. It still has the original cushions. We still love it and it now doubles as a guest bed. Thank you for such a quality piece of furniture.

I bought a Flexsteel sofa in 1972 for $425 Canadian in Welland, Ontario. The workmanship is marvelous. The frame is still great and it is as comfortable and firm as brand new. In 1959 we bought a Flexsteel couch and matching chair in a traditional wing back design. We saved to purchase good quality that would last us for several years. And here I am, 45 years later, still enjoying the same couch and chair in my living room. Today I had a new Flexsteel sleeper delivered to my home where it has been placed in my family room for overnight guests. I fully expect it to be as wonderful a product as the one in my living room. I normally work 7 days a week, so to get me to sit down and write a letter takes some doing. Something has to really impress me for me to write anything. Well here goes... My wife and I decided to remodel our living room. At the Floor Show in Dubuque, we instantly fell for Flexsteel. We ended up picking out a sectional with oversized cushions and the traditional look was perfect. We have had neighbors and friends stop over to see our remodeling job, the first thing everyone says is, "Where did you get that sectional? We proudly say it's a Flexsteel. Everyone has to touch the micro fiber, and they think it is suede leather, to their surprise it is not. Flexsteel has made us a lifelong customer. It is the first time we purchased a Flexsteel, and it will not be the last.

My parents bought a 98" Flexsteel Couch in 1957. It survived four kids and many grandkids and then I had it in my living room for several years until my twenty five year old son asked for the couch for his house. He used it for several years and just recently gave it back. Now my teenage daughter put it in her room. She loves it. The couch is wonderful to stretch out on and sleep. For a forty-six year old couch, it is in excellent shape. I am currently in the market for a new couch for my living room and will only look at Flexsteel.

I first purchased my Flexsteel sofa in 1965; it was the best investment I ever made. I was informed of your lifetime warranty, however the comfort certainly impressed me. It is still just as comfortable as the day I purchased it. My new home needed a new living room suite. Of course I insisted on Flexsteel as I had so much comfort and durability with the first one. At the same time of this purchase we found these wonderful Flexsteel rocking recliners with the lumbar support. These are so comfortable and knowing I will be able to leave them in my will gives me the confidence that they should last my lifetime and be passed on to my family members after I am gone. Dear Ms. Barnett:
I would like to commend your company for the fine job done on the conversion package on our 2000 GMC Gran Traveler. When we saw this particular van with its Flexsteel seats and superior insulation, we were sold.
Two weeks ago my wife, daughter and son were driving from Oklahoma City to Knoxville for a home school conference. About an hour from Nashville, as they were crossing a bridge, a semi suddenly swerved in front of them, she fishtailed, hit the left side of the concrete bridge abutment then flipped the van over and skidded about fifty yards. The only thing broken was the driver's window. All three were seat-belted and held securely by the Flexsteel seats.
I know one of the main reasons my family is alive today (outside of the grace of God) is the quality of the van we bought last year. Thank you for insisting your company embrace qualities of excellence in craftsmanship, of which you can be justly proud.

We purchased two beautiful club chairs in the early 60's and guess what? They are still alive and well; in our formal living room (they were recovered once) and used every night by my husband and I in front of the television! I have been looking at recliners for about two months and had other people say that I should try Flexsteel, but I couldn't find a dealer in the area. I have a very bad back and the other chairs did not have the lumbar support that I needed. The Web site gave me the information I needed to locate a dealer and I loved the chair. We ordered one yesterday and I'm looking forward to getting it. As a retired sales and marketing manager, I always appreciated knowing if my advertising worked. This is a photo of my parents; mom is 89 and dad is 94. The couch they are sitting on is a Flexsteel that was purchased in January of 1970. That was over 30 years ago! It is absolutely remarkable that a couch could last this long, survive what it has survived, and still be in such good condition. This couch has not faded, worn-out at all or lost any of its shape. This couch has survived seven grandchildren, too. It is a true testament to the incredible high quality of Flexsteel.
