At Flexsteel, we focus on building new furniture so we do not offer re-upholstery services. You may want to check with your local Flexsteel retailer to see if they offer re-upholstery services or can recommend a reputable re-upholstery company.

I need to purchase fabric to match my Flexsteel furniture for a repair, or for accent pieces. How do I go about purchasing Flexsteel fabric?

Since Flexsteel furniture is sold through retail furniture stores, we do not have any way to access their inventory records.

How do I know if a necessary repair is covered by the Flexsteel warranty?

Flexsteel recommends that you contact a professional upholstery cleaner. And, refer to the cleaning code located on the production ticket attached to the area below the seat cushions, or attached to the bottom or back inside frame rail of your furniture, to determine the accepted cleaning method.

Cleaning Codes and Cleaning Methods:

W – Use a water-based or foam cleaning solvent

S – Use a mild, water-free dry cleaning solvent

WS – Use either a water-based cleaning solvent, a dry cleaning solvent or foam cleaner

X – Vacuum or brush lightly to remove soil
